Bidkin DMIC; 8,000 Acres Land acquisition will began in end of the May, Farmers Hope Rs. 40 Lakh Per Acer

“8 thousand acres of land will be acquired again for DMIC at Bidkin Taluka Paithan District Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The process in this regard will start in 15 to 20 days tentatively last week of may 2025. Moreover, under DMIC, development zones will be created for 113 villages in Gangapur, Khultabad, Phulambri, Paithan and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar talukas, said by Mr. Nilesh Bhalerao, a researcher and entrepreneur of DMIC Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.”


“Earlier, 8,000 acres of land have been acquired and developed at Bidkin DMIC. Various companies like Toyota, Ather, JSW, Cosmo, Lubrozol companies have invested and acquired land for theirs future factory setup. The work of some of these companies is going on at a rapid phase and the construction of buildings and production of the companies will gain momentum by the end of this year. The work has started in such a way that the production of the major six companies will start in the next two years.”


“In 2012 Farmers who gave land for Bidkin DMIC had received a price of Rs 23 lakhs per acre, but now a new process will be carried out to acquire the land, and farmers are hoping to get a price of around Rs 40 to 45 lakhs for per acer.”
